Northern Virginia Senior Softball

NVSS is a slow-pitch softball league open to men 50 and up and women 40 and up. Seven-inning doubleheaders on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Three conferences based on skill level. "You don't stop playing because you got old; you got old because you stopped playing!"

James Lee Center Program

This conditioning program is FREE to members who reside in Fairfax County. (Others must pay the Center $150). Held on Tuesday and Thursday from February 3 through the end of March, 10:30am to 12:30pm. The James Lee Center is located at 2855 Annandale Road in Falls Church. No pre-registration required. Just show up.
